Best setup
Make 12 numbered circles. Guests tap “Find my circle” on their phones, then head to the matching number.
Before guests arrive
- Place a number at each blanket or seating area.
- Text or QR-code this link so every guest can get a circle number and open the cards.
- Ask guests to tap “Find my circle” before they settle in with friends.
- Because the assignment is random, choose one friendly floater to balance crowded groups and help late arrivals.
30-minute opening flow

What to say
